Principal

Mark Millward is the Principal of Lerderderg Legal. He achieved a Masters in law with honours at Oxford University. Mark practised law with two international law firms in London and Hong Kong. He subsequently held the position of Legal Director of Commercial Contracts, Technology, Intellectual Property and Procurement at Deutsche Bank in London.

Mark is dual-qualified in Australia and the UK and provides advice to clients both in Australia and overseas. He is also a qualified Governance Officer and Company Secretary with the Governance Institute of Australia.

His offices are located in Melbourne, Ballarat and Blackwood, Victoria, Australia.
