The Principal, Mark Millward, has advised on one of the first global could computing projects for a top tier German investment bank. We have advised on multi-million dollar outsourcing arrangements in India, Sri Lanka, The Philippines, Singapore and China.
Most recently we negotiated a multiplicity of technology/fintech agreements establishing a sophisticated, bespoke IT ecosystem for a new Australian investment bank.
